Q: How long is a video?

A: A video is between 40 to 60 seconds long..

Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: The delivery time of your order is maximum 2 to 4 business days.

Q: How do I get the video?

A: Your finished video will be sent to you via email in MP4 format in HD quality.

Please also pay attention to your spam folder.

Q: Which payment methods can I use?

A: Currently you can pay with: VISA, Master, Google Pay, Amex, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. 

In the future, some payment methods will be added.

Q: Can I change my order details after submission?

A: You can send us an email if you have already completed your order. Be sure to include your order number!
